Mekabolt was a student project at Supinfogame. It was an order from Gameloft. We had 2 weeks to make a game prototype on tablet. They asked us to deliver a game aimed at kids aged 8-12 with virtual pad. To test our reactivity, they finally decide to remove the virtual joystick 4 days before the end.

Mekabolt is a physics-based 3D robot-building and combat game. Two players face-off against each other using the same tablet or smartphone Android device. The goal of the game is to select and customize your own robot with gears (each with its own unique effects) and then use it to push the other player’s robot outside the arena.

I worked on this project as Lead Artist. Major part of my time was dedicated to solve problems, help on asset production and write all "art" documents in order to Gameloft and Supinfogame demands.
